Hello, I'm Jo Camacho, a Clinical Hypnotherapist at Weybridge Hypnotherapy in Surrey, specialising in people with anxiety and related disorders.

The people I see value their mental health and know that acting on this is the key to a happy, healthy life!
Quite often their confidence has been knocked and they need a clear purpose in life. Friends and family often question why they're stressed as they seem to have the 'perfect' life.

It's times like these that you need a helping hand from someone who is able to give you the time and attention you deserve, in order to get you back to a life you love, rather than feeling you are just going through the motions. Positive life changes are just around the corner.

I will work with you to focus on solutions rather than the problems, to create a positive mindset, enabling you to be the best version of you and live your best hope. I won't delve in to the past, we will focus on the present and the future which creates an uplifting and positive therapy experience.
 
I am fully qualified, with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, as well as a level 4 Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), accredited by the NCFE. I am a Thought Field Therapy® Algorithm level practitioner and also a lecturer for Hypnotherapy Training in Guildford with Ayurva Training Academy. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists, as well as the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, so I abide by their ethics. I am fully insured and have a valid DBS certificate which enables me to work with vulnerable people. I have a therapy room in Weybridge, Surrey but if you prefer I can also see you online which is just as effective.
